Long Strong Lashes

Health Beauty Hotspot have been testing the new Nutriol Eyelash Treatment that was first launched in August of this year. At first we thought, ah ah... just another lash primer but THIS is different!

Eyelash primers generally line the eyelashes with a white formula that provides extra volume, giving the appearance of multiple coats of mascara without the clumping so often associated with applying additional coats.

However this treatment contains nourishing minerals and Tricalgoxyl,® a clinically proven seaweed derivative rich in kelp sulphated oligosaccharides (polysaccharides) that works with other essential ingredients to remineralize the lashes, helping them regain their natural health and strength as well as length.

Tricalgoxyl® is derived from a particular species of brown algae grown and collected on the Iroise Biosphere Reserve in France.

So sounds very scientific, right? but what were our results? Well quite frankly, we LOVED it. It comes in a slim nice looking mascara type container. On a mascara brush, it is a clear gel and very easy to apply. We used this twice daily for four weeks, once in the morning under mascara and last thing in the evening on clean lashes.

Now without trying to actually measure our lashes (we did give this a go!) there is a DEFINITE difference. The lashes look fuller and if you can believe it actually look longer!!

So this is defiantly one for the daily treatments list.
