Lets be realistic. So I am not saying go to gym but crash diets, shakes and pills are not the answer. If you are not happy with your body you need to change it starting with your life choices. Now I am also not saying there aren't programs out there that don't work because there are. But those are not diets, those are metabolism resets. They work on body repair as apposed to instant fat loss but that is for another time. Today I am going to talk to you about my 6 weeks to change.
I have started this program and am already seeing results and I feel this is just something to add value to the people who have started doing the same as well as a motivation to keep going.
Any successful fat loss program is going to take you out of your comfort zone, both in the gym, at home with your workout program and in the kitchen. Effective fat loss workouts are generally energy depleting and physically and mentally taxing and best paired with a nutritional plan of attack that’s filled with healthy, real foods (no processed, fast food crap), which leaves you in a slight calorie deficit.
To maximally reduce your body fat percent, you’re going to have to start in the kitchen. You may have heard the saying that abs are made in the kitchen, which is true - you can lose fat and not even pick up a single weight or run a single step. But in order to build muscle, increase muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness, you’re going to have to work for it. So, to stimulate as much fat loss as possible, the program I am using consists of 6 full body workouts per week of around 30 minutes per workout (alternating between Workout A and Workout B) with 1 day off. This does not include 5 minutes of warm up and 5 mins of cool down. The exercises are easy and fun and you feel them working.
So now you must be thinking.. how on earth am I starting to see results with only 30 minutes a day... well this workout combines fat-burning cardio with light resistance moves that shrinks your midsection and give you slim, sexy thighs, hips, and arms. Who doesn’t want that?
I am doing a 6 week fitness program. this is a three-part progressive program, which is what makes it so effective. Starts off slow and builds up over the weeks. its consistent and the results are evident after just the first week.
I am also incorporating a top quality antioxidant called tegreen as it detoxes the body and is the best quality purest form i have managed to get hold of. I don't think excess caffeine is good and these have none and its like drinking 7 cups of green tea. So its a healthy add on and gets your metabolism kick started.
There will be before and after photos for the first week to follow.
Make the choice and change yourself. no matter what you choose to do just be consistent and use whatever motivation you can to keep yourself going.
